Items that are out-of-stock must be ordered; depending on the item and manufacturer, orders may take anywhere from 2-12 weeks to arrive to our showroom. Deliveries and Shipping
We offer the following delivery options:
All Local White Glove deliveries are performed by our employees and include inside delivery, assembly, and set up. Areas of furniture placement MUST BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND REQUIRE A DIRECT PATH – obstacles such as other furniture or unusual structural designs of the home (such as narrow doorways or stairs) that require additional time and effort of our employees MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES. Our employees DO NOT install furniture by attaching items to walls, removing moldings, etc.
Nationwide shipping is available but is generally cost-prohibitive as most of our products are pre-assembled. Freight costs start at $250.00 and increase from there depending on the size and weight of the item, the destination zip code, and the type of delivery address (business or residential). Business delivery addresses are less expensive but MUST be zoned as a business by local zoning boards. Additional charges are required for lift-gate deliveries, residential deliveries, and unforeseen circumstances requiring additional delivery time by the driver.
Items returned within 48 hours of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee OR store credit unless otherwise approved by management. Items returned after the 48-hour window are subject to management terms and approval. Returns are not allowed on custom items or orders, including custom-built or finished items. Sales quotes are valid for 30 days from the date on the quote. Prices are subject to change.
