Due to the COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus pandemic and in an effort to protect the health of our staff, our hours are now by appointment only until further notice. If you have specific home furnishing needs or purchases, such as cabinet or custom furniture orders, please contact us at 828-369-6500 for an immediate appointment. For all other customers, this website, www.whistlestopfurniture.com, is available 24/7. At Whistle Stop Furniture, our customers drive our mission. We want to assure you that we are taking extra measures to help prevent the spread of this virus at our store to keep our customers and our team safe. We understand new information is being presented by the hour with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and you probably have questions on how our store is taking the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow all guidelines put in place by The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), and we want to do our part to help ensure the safety of our customers and staff. In addition to our usual focus on cleanliness, here’s what Whistle Stop Furniture is doing to keep our showroom in top shape:

For our customers

  • Using disinfectant cleaning solutions following the approved products list found here
  • Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces and common areas (restrooms, tables, chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remotes, desks, sinks, etc.) based on recommendations from the CDC
  • Asking anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms to stay home and visit us at a later date

For our team

  • Asking anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms to stay home
  • Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces and common areas and asking team members to do the same
  • Limiting close-contact interaction within our offices

We are prepared to alter our daily procedures, should the need arise, and will continue to monitor the situation and keep you up to date with any changes. As we move forward, the most effective way to stay healthy and minimize the spread of infectious disease is to follow basic best health practices and stay at home.

All of our products are fully assembled, and therefore the cost to ship is a minimum of $250-$300! More often than not, shipping costs will be more than the price of the product, so please keep this in mind before inquiring.
